‘Wag panay reklamo! Mayor Guiani-Sayadi says quarantine pass not license to roam around Cotabato City
Cotabato City Mayor Frances Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi said that the quarantine pass is not a license to roam around in the city.
The local chief executive said that the pass should only be used to buy food, medicines and other needs of the family.
She reiterated her call to the residents in the city to stay home and to avoid crowded places.
“Huwag na po sana tayo panay reklamo,” she said.
The mayor said that the city’s frontliners are already tired but they continue to do their job for the safety of all the residents.
She also urged the public to refrain from posting on Facebook simple issues.
She said that the city government would provide relief goods for those less fortunate.
“Kailangan nating magkaisa.
Cotabato City has been under community quarantine to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
