The Department of National Defense (DND) has extended its greetings to the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) on its 55th founding anniversary. Defense Senior Undersecretary and Officer-in-charge Carlito G. Galvez Jr., in a statement Saturday, March 18, noted that the MNLF has been a “constant partner” of the Philippine government in resolving conflicts, especially in Mindanao.
