Island Garden City of Samal Mayor Al David T. Uy has welcomed in his office the Samal Dragon Boat Team. The group participated in the Mayor’s Cup Spring Festival Dragon Boat Race 2023 at Isla De Oro, Cagayan De Oro City, and successfully bagged several awards, the city government said.
