South Cotabato thanks SMC for aid


The provincial government of South Cotabato has expressed gratitude to San Miguel Corporation (SMC) for its assistance to the province.

Governor Reynaldo S. Tamayo Jr. said the local government is “much grateful” to have received 10 containers of ethyl alcohol and 100 sacks of premium rice from businessman Ramon Ang-led SMC.

He said the SMC aid is part of its support to fight the spread of cotonavirus disease (COVID-19) in the provine and its people.

As of April 26, South Cotabato has three confirmed COVID-19 cases with two recoveries and zero death.
