Residents of Panabo City warmly welcomed outgoing President Rodrigo Duterte who passed by in the city while riding a motorcycle.

The people who happened to be along the highway shouted “Tatay!” when his convoy passed by the area, said the city government, which also posted a video of the President.

Using a three-wheeler reverse trike, Duterte, along with the members of the Presidential Security Group (PSG), was spotted driving in front of Panabo City Hall at 3:44 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8.

Duterte and his party also went to Tagum City.
