Koronadal City Mayor Eliordo U. Ogena has issued an executive order imposing a 10-day granular lockdown in some areas in the city.
Under EO No. 38-C, series of 2021, Eliordo said the lockdown will be implemented from September 18 to 27 in the following places: Purok Masipag, Piodos-Paloma District, identified houses in Lower Deocampo District; Yellowbell Extension at the back of Congressional District, Agan East Subd. Phase 1 and 2, Zone 2 of Purok Bayanihan, San Antonio Village Phase 2 and 3 and Agan Homes, all in Barangay Sta. Cruz.
Only allowed to go out are the healthcare workers, those working in the hospitals, laboratory and dialysis centers, the officials enforcing the granular lockdown, overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) who are returning or departing abroad, and those needing immediate medical attention.
Also allowed to go out are residents based on their clustered schedule and Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APORs) who are not covered by absolute lockdown.
“Pinapayagan ding pumasok ang mga food deliveries hanggang sa mga designated borders lamang. Mga negosyong nasa lugar ng granular lockdown ay isasara maliban sa mga serbisyong medikal,” the city government said.
The local government will also impose liquor ban and curfew hours from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. in areas to be placed under granular lockdown.
