Lanao del Sur Commission on Elections (Comelec) has urged those who have knowledge about the alleged pre-shading of ballots in the province prior to the May 13 elections to come forward and file appropriate charges.
A video came out on social media regarding the reported pre-shading of ballots in the province.
Provincial Elections Supervisor Allan Kadun said those who have information about the alleged incident should come out and file the appropriate charges against the perpetrators.
But he denied having knowledge about the supposed irregularity.
Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo earlier said that the Comelec should investigate the matter.
