Japan has signed a grant contract for the construction of a school building of Sto. Niño Elementary School in Kidapawan City.
The P9.4-million project under the Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Projects (GGP) aims to build 2-storey 4-classroom school building and four toilet facilities.
“This project is expected to directly benefit 216 students of Sto. Niño Elementary School by providing them a safer learning environment,” the Japanese Embassy in Manila said.
The project, with the local government of Kidapawan as the proponent, is part of the Japan-Bangsamoro Initiatives for Reconstruction and Development or J-Bird. #
