Iligan City LGU holds groundbreaking for its gasoline station

The Iligan City government conducted Tuesday, June 21, the groundbreaking ceremony for its gasoline station located in Barangay Pala-o.

“This project is made possible as a strategic move in response to the perennial problems of fuel supply and servicing of the vehicles of the city government,” the local government said.

Vice-Mayor Monsi Vera Cruz expressed his belief that the project would be a symbol of unity between the incoming and outgoing administration, in the name of efficient and transparent governance.

Even if the project has officially taken off in the last days of Mayor Celso Gomera Regencia ‘s administration, City General Services Officer Dexter Rey T. Sumaoy hoped that the incoming administration of Mayor-elect Frederick W. Siao will implement the project through the City Engineer’s Office (CEO).
