This congressman tried his luck with the Transportation secretary for a new airport in Zamboanga.

Congressman Manuel Jose Dalipe wants to develop the city as much as he can during his term.

Being the go-getter that he is, the politiko approached Transportation chief Arthur Tugade during the budget hearings in Congress. Apart from a photo, Dalipe asked the Cabinet official if they can put up a new airport in the city, as the Zamboanga International Airport grows more crowded.
