Gov Sali turns over pump boats with engine to Tawi-Tawi LGUs


Tawi-Tawi Governor Yshmael “Mang” I. Sali has led the turnover of pump boats with engine to some local government units (LGUs) in the province as part of the weeklong 48th Kamahardikaan sin Tawi-Tawi.

South Ubian Mayor Hadzri Matba and Vice-Mayor Rojie Kiptiani received 130 pump boats and Darussalam Chairman Winhar Hairil accepted 100 boats on behalf of the Municipal Government of Languyan.

The Municipalities of Sibutu, Simunul, and Sitangkai received their share of pump boats with engine from the provincial government in a recent turnover ceremony held in Barangay Tubig Indanan, Simunul.

The recipients expressed their gratitude to the provincial government and officials led by Sali.

The governor commended the LGUs and the barangay councils for being one with the provincial government on the vision of improving the lives of the Tawi-Tawians.
