Tawi-Tawi Governor Yshmael “Mang” I. Sali has initiated the reconciliation between two warring families in the province.
The “Solidarity Covenant” was reached between the Que Family and Jumdail Family by engaging them in mutual dialogue with the assistance of Turtle Island Mayor Hji. Faizal Jamalul and some religious leaders, said Sali.
He said the reconciliation of the two families is in pursuit of overall objective of unity and solidarity for the upliftment of the province.
Also present during the dialogue were Brigade Commander General Arturo G. Rojas, Police Col. Bonard D. Briton, peace and order committee chairman Board Member Yusof Madi Tidal, Vice Governor Michail Ahaja and other members of the board
