It’s okay not to be okay!
In a Facebook post today, Governor Jayvee Tyron Uy shared a photo of him on his biking attire, fully sitting down on the road with someone seeming to perform first-aid on his leg. He then captioned it with “Its ok not to be okay!”
His constituents were concerned; prayers for fast recovery and get-well wishes dominated the comments section of the Politiko’s post. As of writing, Governor Uy still hadn’t updated his social media on his health status.
Known as the millennial governor, Jayvee Tyron Uy was only 31 years old when he was first elected as governor of Davao de Oro (formerly, Compostela Valley) and became the youngest governor of Mindanao. He’s now on his second term after he was re-elected in 2019.
