South Cotabato Governor Daisy Avance-Fuentes recently bagged a new award as the province was hailed as the second Most Competitive Province in 2017. The award, officially granted by the Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index, is an annual ranking of cities and municipalities in the Philippines. The index is developed by the National Competitiveness Council along with its Regional Competitiveness Committees (RCCs).
“The Leadership of the Hon. Governor has brought South Cotabato to great heights being awarded as the 2nd Most Competitive Province for 2017. Working together – TESDA 12 and South Cotabato para sa #SerbisyongRamdamatKapakipakinabang!”, a certian Rafael Abrogar shared on his Facebook.
South Cotabato came in second, following Rizal in the first place, and succeeded by Cavite.
