The Politiko led the turnover of a new truck for the community.
Lanao Del Norte Governor Imelda ‘Angging’ Quibranza-Dimaporo, together with the Simbuco Aqua Marine Multi-Purpose Cooperative (SAMMPC) led the ceremonial turnover of a brand new hauling truck. Together with the honorable members of the Barangay Council led by Barangay Chairman Edwin Malacaste at the Barangay Hall of Simbuco, Municipality of Kolambugan, the turnover of the unit was made under the Philippine Rural Development Project – Investment in Rural Enterprise and Agriculture & Fisheries Productivity.
The project was jointly funded through the Philippine Rural Development Project, Department of Agriculture and the Provincial Government of Lanao del Norte.
Governor Angging expressed her congratulations to the Chairman of SAMMPC, Mr. Teodolo A. Bueno, Jr. and its members for sustaining the cooperative for 25 years and hope the brand new hauling truck will serve its purpose for the good of the cooperative to grow and expand. The Governor as well encouraged residents within the community to join and commit themselves for the success of the cooperative with the goal of alleviating and improving the lives of the members.
