The Kidapawan City Commission on Elections (Comelec) is set to hold the final testing and sealing of the vote counting machines (VCMs) on May 10.
The City Information Office (CIO) said the activity would take place at 6:00 a.m. to be spearheaded by the City Comelec.
After the testing and sealing, the Comelec would keep all the VCMs, which would be delivered in various polling centers on early morning of May 13, election day.
“Magsisimula ang botohan ganap na alas sais ng umaga at magtatapos alas sais ng gabi,” CIO reminded the voters.
The Comelec also assured that measures have been in place in case of hitches, such as brownout.
The police and military would secure the holding of the elections, CIO added.
