The distant relative of President Duterte who accuses the Nayong Pilipino Board of Trustees of misappropriation of funds, claimed her sweet “victory”.
Nayong Pilipino Executive Director Maria Fema Duterte, a distant relative of President Duterte, recently claimed her victory following the news of termination of all board members of Nayong Pilipino Foundation (NPF) due to a “grossly disadvantageous” property lease contract of 70-years.
“Sa araw na eto ay gugunitahin ko ang tagumpay ng Nayong Pilipino!Tagumpay ng Bayan ko!”, she posted on her Facebook, Tuesday afternoon.
Ms. Fema filed charges and complaints against Yvette Ocampo for using public funds for an illegal rip to Korea. She was then sued by Ocampo for cyber libel over the accusations. On Tuesday, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said that Duterte exasperated upon learning that “corruption continues under his administration.”
“Praise the Lord! My lonely fight was not in vain. Thank you Mr. President! #BreakingTheChainOfCorruptions #SaveNayongPilipino #NoToCorruption”, she added.
Her friends and followers then tagged her in separate posts, congratulating her on her successful “fight”.
