The Davao City government has urged the Dabawenyos to get a schedule for their Covid-19 vaccination before going to the inoculation sites to prevent overcrowding.
“Due to the alarming rise of Covid-19 cases in Davao City, we strongly discourage walk-ins at our vaccination sites,” the local government said.
It said the long wait and crowding at the vaccination sites might put the people at risk of being infected.
The city government advised the Dabawenyos to coordinate with their respective District Health Offices for the schedule of your vaccination.
As of June 8, a total of 102,359 first doses of Covid-19 vaccines have been administered in Davao City.
On the other hand, 21,550 individuals have completed their two doses of the vaccines.
