Mayor Rabat assures aid to fire-displaced families in Mati City

Mati City Mayor Michelle N. Rabat has urged the families displaced by the recent fire to continue with their lives as the local government extended assistance to them. The city government distributed Thursday, September 29, the financial aid to 22 families who lost their homes in a fire on September 17. Nine homeowners with totally damaged houses received P15,000 each, one with a partially damaged house got P10,000, and 12 renters received P5,000 each.

Kidapawan City holds massive anti-rabies vaccination

The Kidapawan City government conducted a massive anti-rabies vaccination on dogs and cats as part of the celebration of World Rabies Day Wednesday, September 28. Teams from the Office of the City Veterinarian (OCVET) visited various areas in Barangay Poblacion to vaccinate pets, such as dogs and cats, said City Veterinarian Dr. Eugene Gornez.
