The city government of Tagum officially welcomed Monday night, April 16, participants in the four-day 2018 World Youth Camp.
The local government said thousands of young people here and abroad are expected to attend the event at Energy Park in Apokon as registration continued Tuesday.
“Early birds set up their tents around the camp. By the end of the day, E-park is seen with vibrant tents and dynamic campers. Not even the rain can stop these eager youth participants!,” the city government said.
Organizers have prepared different activities, such as talent show, basic education, scavenger hunt, mind recreation, and mini olympics, among others.
The International Youth Fellowship and LGU Tagum will also hold the Asian Drug Conference on April 18, 2018 at the Big 8 Corporate Hotel.
