Tagum City holds job fair on Independence Day
Thousands of job seekers and entrepreneurs trooped to the new City Hall of Tagum for the job fair on Tuesday.
The Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan Fair was part of the local government’s celebration of the 120th Philippine Independence Day.
Among the applicants during the job fair were the Senior High School new graduates who are NC II passers and “are ready to join the labor force,” the city government said.
The activity was jointly initiated by the local government of Tagum through its Public Employment Service Office, and the Region XI offices of the Departments of Labor and Employment, Trade and Industry, and Education.
