Vilbar, a retired Senior Police Officer 4 (SPO4), ranked number 14 in the list of targeted drug personalities in Northern Mindanao, he said.
Citing a reliable information, PDEA said Vilbar is one of the trusted cohorts of Parojinog, who was arrested in Taiwan and was brought back to the country to face charges for murder, illegal possession of firearms, and illegal possession of explosives.
The joint operatives of PDEA and police seized during the operation 11 plastic sachets of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, or shabu, weighing about 50 grams, worth P340,000; various empty sachets; one caliber .45 pistol; one caliber .38 revolver; assorted pieces of live ammunition; several magazines for caliber .45 and M16 rifle; and one live grenade.
